Las Vegas has two needlepoint shops we can confirm, about three miles apart, both west of downtown. Golden Needle Arts is on West Charleston Boulevard, about three miles west of downtown, and Stitcher's Paradise is at Sahara and Rainbow, about six miles west.
We could not confirm opening hours for either one, so call before you go.

On West Charleston Boulevard, west of downtown. Tilli Tomas and Planet Earth Fiber list it as a stockist of their needlepoint threads, and Kate Dickerson as a stockist of her canvases.
The shop's old website address now shows an unrelated page, so the address and phone number here come from the retailer directory published by Tilli Tomas and Planet Earth Fiber.

In its own words a specialty cross stitch and needlepoint shop, with painted canvases in stock and more to order from catalogs, threads from Rainbow Gallery, Needlepoint Inc., Kreinik, and others, and finishing.
A combined needlework shop rather than a needlepoint-only one. It is in the shopping center on the southeast corner of Sahara and Rainbow, behind the 7-Eleven.

Which one to go to
For canvases you can see on the shelf, Stitcher's Paradise says it keeps painted canvases in stock and orders more from catalogs. It carries cross stitch as well, and it lists finishing among its services.
Golden Needle Arts is the nearer of the two to downtown.
