About us.
We started this directory for a simple reason. Finding a good local needlepoint shop shouldn't mean scrolling through pages of unrelated search results. Whether you have been stitching for decades or only just picked up your first canvas, there is something worth protecting about walking into a shop, feeling the threads, and getting advice from someone who has done it all before. Our aim is straightforward: make it easy to find needlepoint shops, classes, and supplies near you, and give you somewhere trustworthy to shop online when a trip isn't possible. We're stitchers too, and we built the resource we wished existed.
The map on our homepage pulls live shop listings, so you can search near you or in any city or ZIP code. Our guides section covers the questions every new stitcher asks, from picking a first kit to choosing the right mesh count. The starter supplies guide rounds up canvas, thread, and tools for the days when ordering online makes more sense than a shop trip.
As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases made through some of those links, which helps keep the site running.
