Knoxville has two needlepoint shops we can confirm, about seven miles apart, both west of downtown. Wallace & Company is on Forest Court, about four miles west, and Canvas Queen Needlepoint is on Kingston Pike, about eleven miles west.
They are different kinds of shop. Wallace & Company also sells invitations and paper goods; Canvas Queen is a needlepoint shop.

A combined paper and needlepoint shop rather than a needlepoint-only one. Closed on Sundays and Mondays.

A needlepoint shop built, in its own words, on the belief that everyone deserves a welcoming place in the needlepoint community, with canvases, threads, accessories, self-finishing pieces, and events and classes.
Open six days a week, until 6pm on weekdays; you can also text the shop. Closed on Sundays.
Which one to go to
On a Monday, go to Canvas Queen, the one of the two open that day. It also stays open until 6pm on weekdays.
For a Knoxville canvas, Wallace & Company sells designs of the city.
