Needlepoint Shops in Greenville and the Upstate
Three shops in three towns, Greenville, Spartanburg, and Landrum at the foot of the Blue Ridge, each twenty to thirty miles from the others.
The Upstate has three needlepoint shops we can confirm, one in each of three towns. The Needle Tree is in Greenville, about a mile and a half south of downtown, Needlepoint Lane is on East Main Street in Spartanburg, and Stitching Fox is in Landrum.
They are twenty to thirty miles from each other, so each is its own trip. All three are open from Tuesday to Friday.

A combined knitting and needlepoint shop rather than a needlepoint-only one. Its site gives weekday hours only, so call before a Saturday visit.

It takes finishing for any stitched piece, even one not bought there. Closed on Sundays and Mondays.

A full-service shop at the base of the Blue Ridge, run by Kathryn McMahon, with hand-painted canvases from designers across the country, fibers, and notions, and clubs, classes, and retreats.
The shop also takes texts at 864-510-2061, and it rents out a two-bedroom apartment above the shop for stitchers who want to stay.
Which one to go to
On a Saturday, go to Needlepoint Lane or Stitching Fox. The Needle Tree gives only weekday hours.
If you are just starting, The Needle Tree teaches beginners one-on-one at no charge, and it carries yarn if you knit as well.
For a weekend away, Stitching Fox runs retreats and rents out an apartment above the shop.

Not one we have been able to confirm. The Needle Tree is the Greenville shop, and the other two are in Spartanburg and Landrum.
Can I get a finished piece made up?
Needlepoint Lane offers finishing through several finishers. Ask the other two, and ask about timing well before a holiday.
