The Little Rock area has two needlepoint shops we can confirm, about thirty miles apart. Shepherd's Needle is on West Markham Street, about seven miles west of downtown, and When We Stitch is in Greenbrier, about thirty miles north.
Shepherd's Needle carries cross stitch and punch needle as well as needlepoint. When We Stitch opens three days a week.

In Little Rock itself, go to Shepherd's Needle, open five days a week, Tuesday to Saturday.
For an evening, When We Stitch stays open until 8pm on Thursdays, with its stitch club from 5pm.
For company, Shepherd's Needle holds a needlepoint gathering and a finishing day each month, as well as its Tuesday stitch day.

It describes itself as a local needlepoint boutique, but its website gives no address or hours, so we have not listed it yet. If you know where it is, tell us and we will check it.
Can I get a finished piece made up?
Neither shop says it finishes pieces for you. Shepherd's Needle runs do-it-yourself finishing days, and When We Stitch sells self-finishing pieces. Ask either about a finisher.
